Got my Cruiser from Chip in March 2021. I was impressed with how well it was built and performed. It was my first ebike and it exceeded my expectations. Two years later I don't regret the purchase or getting it through Chip.
Also have visited with Chip a couple times at his shop. He has always been honest and forthright about the Himiway brand and what he can do. A good guy.

We purchased a Himiway Zebra today from Himiway of New England. Chip, the owner, is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He had several e-bikes ready to test-ride when we arrived, making our selection an easy process. We ordered several accessories, and he installed them and had the bike ready to go in 90 minutes. I originally bought a Himiway Cruiser from Chip and a Cobra Pro two years later and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chip gets really excited when talking about the Himiway bikes and goes way beyond what you would expect with the whole process and after.

I bought my Zebra in September of 22. Chip was very helpful and went above and beyond. The pricing was excellent and his advise extremely welcome. Chip @ Himiway of NE has been a pleasure to deal with, it's nice to be able to test ride before you purchase a bike in my case the two bikes I first purchased for my wife and myself weren't the models I would have ordered and after a test ride we made the right decision, Chip is very helpful and knowledgeable and if you have any problems he takes care of them. I had such a good experience with Chip and Himiway bikes that I went back and purchased a third bike the Cobra and love it, I highly recommend Himiway of NE
