I can't tell you how much I appreciate Chip. He is a treasure. Always available and so helpful and personable. Give great advice and is balanced about it. Knows the market and the strengthens and weaknesses of his and other products. I feel so much better having bought my e-bike through him and would highly recommend him to any one. Even when I had problems after the sale, he was always there to help and talk. A true New Englander too!

Showed up without an appointment. Chip took time to walk us through each variety of Himiway bike he offered. Being newbies he was patient and made sure we understood everything he was explaining. There was no pressure to his presentation. After the purchase he helped show us how to secure the bikes in a pickup truck. To top it off he offered to follow us home and help un load the bikes. What a pleasure doing business with Chip. He went well beyond what was expected.

I was very pleased to have found this place so close to where I lived. Chip is extremely knowledgeable and he shared his knowledge and helped me with a battery problem that I had with my current e-bike. It was because of his helpful attitude that I bought a new e-bike. This is the kind of person who you always wished you could find. That was not the case with the previous dealership. While we only ride on paved roads the new e-bike will extend the range of our journeys and add to our pleasure. We thank you for an enjoyable 2025.

We purchased a Himiway Zebra today from Himiway of New England. Chip, the owner, is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He had several e-bikes ready to test-ride when we arrived, making our selection an easy process. We ordered several accessories, and he installed them and had the bike ready to go in 90 minutes. I bought my Zebra in September of 22. Chip was very helpful and went above and beyond. The pricing was excellent and his advise extremely welcome. Chip @ Himiway of NE has been a pleasure to deal with, it's nice to be able to test ride before you purchase a bike in my case the two bikes I first purchased for my wife and myself weren't the models I would have ordered and after a test ride we made the right decision, Chip is very helpful and knowledgeable and if you have any problems he takes care of them. I had such a good experience with Chip and Himiway bikes that I went back and purchased a third bike the Cobra and love it, I highly recommend Himiway of NE
